A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to reserve your surgery date. The first half of the surgical balance is due 1 week prior to the in office pre-operative visit
The remainder of the surgical balance is due 2 weeks prior to surgery. We accept all forms of payment including cash, checks, and credit cards. Patient finance plans such as CareCredit and PatientFi with affordable monthly payments are also available.
