- These must be completed 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Step 2 –
- Initial surgical consultation is a Telehealth appointment.
- The Telehealth appointment is approximately 30-45 minutes.
- A medical chaperone will be present.
- You must be in a well-lit private area.
- You must be able to easily disrobe.
- You may leave your undergarments on.
- Dr Z will review the procedure in detail and determine if you are a candidate.
- She will review the procedure-related before-and-after pictures.
- She will discuss the risks and benefits of the procedure.
- Following your appointment, you will receive a surgical quote via the patient portal.

Step 3 –
- Review the surgical quote
- Payment is made via the portal.
- Financing options are located in the portal.
- If you have any questions, call the office or send a message directly through the portal.
Step 4 –
- Schedule surgery
- Our practice manager will contact you to discuss available surgery dates.
- Please have your calendar available.
- Once surgery is scheduled, your in-office preoperative appointment will be created.
- Postoperative appointments will also be scheduled at this time.
Step 5 –
- In-office preoperative appointment with the Surgeon and Nurse
- Physical Examination will be done.
- Pictures will be taken.
- Preoperative and Postoperative instructions will be reviewed.
- Surgical consents will be signed.
Step 6 –
- Surgery Day (postoperative appointments see portal)
- Our practice manager and office staff are happy to answer any questions you may have before or after your visit.

Your consultation begins with a 30- to 45-minute telehealth appointment. You will speak directly with Dr. Z, who will review your medical history, discuss your goals, and determine whether you are a candidate for the procedure you’re considering. A medical chaperone will be present, and you’ll need to be in a private, well-lit space where you can disrobe if needed. Dr. Z will walk you through the procedure in detail, review before-and-after photographs of similar cases, and explain the specific risks and benefits associated with the procedure.
At your in-office visit, you’ll undergo a physical examination, standardized medical photography, and a thorough review of pre- and post-operative instructions. You’ll also finalize the surgical consent forms and have the opportunity to clarify any remaining questions. By the end, you’ll leave with a clear surgical plan, cost estimate, and timeline for your treatment and recovery.
